How to get there: Rachakaroon Center, It’s at the 48th kilometer pole of Highway No.318.
This center was established on 26 May 1989, according to the Her Majesty the Queen’s thought, to be the temporary sanctuary for the Cambodian refugees. Later in 1986 it was closed and in 1992 it was renovated and has opened until today.
Interesting Things to See Rachakarun Pavillion: It was built to commemorate to Her Majesty the Queen. Inside the building show drawing pictures and full-size models of Cambodian refugees when they were here. You can have a sightseeing over the scenery around here from the top of the building.
Luang Po Daeng : It is the Sukhothai-period Buddha image in Mara Wichai Manner built in 1979 to be the center of moral for people and placed at the center near the road there. Besides, inside the center you’ll find royal plant, herb gardens and , at the back, the beach where you can see beautiful white sand stretching in a long line.
Resting place for the general public is one of the double rooms , 30 rooms with modern facilities . Each room has air conditioning , hot water, bathrooms and bedrooms apartment buildings as well as buildings can accommodate 8 guests total of 209 beds, a place for meetings. Youth camp and camping . The center is a good , inexpensive food security within the Control Center’s Volunteer Marine Scout 3 takes care of security.
